PBG Construction Advisory is an independent owner-side consultancy in Sydney. We represent private owners, developers, and institutional clients through procurement, contract administration, and project delivery. The firm was founded on a simple principle: owners commit significant capital to construction projects and deserve an experienced professional sitting on their side of the table—separate from the builder, architect, and consultants.
We act as the owner's commercial representative throughout the project lifecycle, from planning tenders to acting as Superintendent on site. Our work is detailed and disciplined, ensuring contracts and progress stay aligned through to final account.
